MALCOLM
R CAMPBELL QPM, Director of
Risk Management and Special Projects, Pinkerton Consulting
and Investigations, UK
Malcolm is highly experienced in all aspects of security,
investigations, business contingency planning and crisis
and risk management. He also heads the Pinkerton Special
Projects Division.
Malcolm previously held the rank of Commander with the
Metropolitan Police Service.
During his police service he headed the Metropolitan
Police and City of London Company Fraud Squad and the
Criminal Intelligence Department at Scotland Yard. Latterly
he was responsible for all criminal investigations,
crime prevention, criminal justice and special events
in North West London.
He previously trained in Project Management at Sundridge
Park Management College.
In 1986 he was elected a Fellow Commoner of Magdalene
College, Cambridge University to research financial
markets and institutions.
Malcolm was awarded the Queen's Police Medal for distinguished
police service in 1991.
HARRY PREECE, Director
of Marketing and Operations, Pinkerton Consulting and
Investigations, UK
Since joining Pinkerton in 1995, Harry has conducted
investigations all over the world ranging from enquiries
into due diligence, fraud and computer fraud, and intellectual
property. He recently recovered IP information valued
at £40 million which resulted in excess of a seven
figure out-of-court settlement. Harry is also a recognised
authority on executive profiling and pre-employment
screening, having established the Pinkerton Pre-Employment
Screening Service.
Regarded as an excellent strategist with strong leadership
qualities, gained from his police background, he has
successfully brought these qualities to the field of
corporate security.
During his 34 years police service, he
served on Regional Crime Squads and in Criminal Intelligence
at New Scotland Yard, during which he specialised in
intelligence strategies and analysis in combating organised
crime where he dealt with many serious cases of murder,
kidnapping, explosions, armed robbery and fraud.
RICHARD RICE, Investigator,
Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations, UK
Richard is a former Metropolitan Police Officer with
31 years service, having spent 28 years attached to
the Criminal Investigation Department.
During his service he was attached to the Flying Squad
at New Scotland Yard investigating armed robberies and
to the Organised Crime Branch investigating the upper
tier of criminal activity. His final attachment with
the Metropolitan Police was with the North West London
Organised Crime Unit with particular responsibility
for the investigation of murder, fraud, major drug trafficking
and other serious crimes.
He is a recognised expert in the field of surveillance,
counter-surveillance and covert operations, both operational
and as an adviser.
Richard is highly experienced in all aspects of investigation
techniques and security analysis.
