Prior to his present appointment as Managing Director, John was a Senior Investigator with the company responsible for investigations, VIP security operations and security surveys conducted for major multi-national companies in Europe and the Middle East.

He gained his commercial security experience with a privately owned security management company based in Alton, Hampshire.

His skills in investigations stem from a career with the Metropolitan Police where he served in the Criminal Investigation Department, with numerous postings to New Scotland Yard attached to the Flying Squad, Regional Crime Squad and Criminal Intelligence.

He is the holder of the Queen's Commendation for Gallantry.
